The CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support. This qualification prepare workers to work in residential group homes, traning resource center, day respite centers and open employment services, other community settings and client’s homes. Students will learn to apply the knowledge and skills, gained through the qualification to provide training and support to people with disabilities that will enhance their ability to acheve greater levels of independence.
